Pay with your phone
No more digging through your wallet at the checkout. With Monizze Pay, pay straight from your Monizze app — 100% Belgian, 100% Monizze. Designed for those who prefer to travel light: no more card to find, no more PIN to type. Everything is on your phone.
Activate Monizze Pay
Open your Monizze app, go to the Card page and tap "Monizze Pay": Monizze Pay is activated in seconds.
Open the app at the checkout
In store, tell the cashier which voucher type you are using (meal, eco or gift). Open your Monizze app and tap your card image. On iOS: then tap "Pay".
Hold near the terminal
Hold your phone near the payment terminal (NFC). The confirmation screen appears: paid.
Not Google Pay. Not Apple Pay. Just Monizze.
We could have gone through Google Pay or Apple Pay. We chose to build our own solution instead: Monizze Pay. A 100% Belgian system that runs on our own payment network, without Visa or Mastercard.
That choice is our way of protecting both our users and our partner merchants.

Pay online too
Your Monizze vouchers do not stop at the shop door. Log in to my.monizze.be or via the Monizze app and spend your meal, eco and gift vouchers at our online partners. Coolblue, Krëfel, Foodiz Delivery, eFarmz and many more await you.
Log in securely
Go to the partner merchant's website or to my.monizze.be. Sign in with your Monizze credentials. To protect your account, two-factor authentication (MFA) is required at every login.
Do your shopping
Browse the partner's offer and add items to your basket, just like in any online shop.
Pay with your vouchers
At checkout, select "Monizze" as your payment method. Your vouchers are debited instantly. Your balance updates in real time in the app.
