Frequently asked questions

How do I activate my Monizze card?

Go to my.monizze.be or download the Monizze app. Click "Activate my card", enter your card number and the activation code received by mail. Choose a password — and you're done in under 2 minutes.

How do I check my balance?

Three ways: via the Monizze app (fastest), on my.monizze.be, or directly in your banking app (KBC, Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis). The balance updates in real time after each transaction.

Where can I pay with my Monizze vouchers?

At over 45,000 merchants across Belgium: supermarkets (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour, Lidl), chains (FNAC, MediaMarkt), restaurants and independent shops. Use the map in our app to find merchants near you.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Block your card immediately via the Monizze app or on my.monizze.be. Your balance is protected. Then contact our customer service to order a replacement card. It will be delivered within 5 business days.
