What is flexible compensation?

Flexible compensation allows your employees to customize their salary package within a defined framework. With the mobility budget, they exchange their company car for an electric car lease, a public transport subscription or a bicycle allowance. With the cafeteria plan, they convert part of their remuneration (13th month, bonus) into benefits of their choice: extra leave, pension savings, IT equipment and more.

What is the difference between Cafeteria Plan and Mobility Budget?

The Cafeteria Plan is a comprehensive flexible compensation system covering many categories (leave, IT, mobility, pension savings...). The Mobility Budget is specifically regulated by Belgian law and consists of 3 pillars: a more eco-friendly car, sustainable transport (public transport, bike, scooter, housing close to work...) and the remaining balance paid in cash.
