How do I activate my Monizze card?

Log in to my.monizze.be or the Monizze app and enter your card number. That's it — your card is activated in under 2 minutes. If you don't have an account yet, create one using your card number or the activation code received by email.

How do I check my balance?

Three ways: via the Monizze app (fastest), on my.monizze.be, or directly in your banking app (KBC, Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis). The balance updates in real time after each transaction.

Where can I pay with my Monizze card?

At over 45,000 merchants across Belgium: supermarkets (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour, Lidl), chains (FNAC, MediaMarkt), restaurants and independent shops. Use the map in the app to find locations near you.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Block your card immediately via the Monizze app or on my.monizze.be. Your balance is protected. You can then order a replacement card directly from your account.
